We deal in unique, one-of-a-kind vintage/antique pieces and handcrafted items. Scratches, distortions, or uneven colors inherent to the aging process or handcrafting are considered part of the item's history and beauty. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons of personal preference.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at souworld26@gmail.com. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent. Upon receipt in original condition, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days using your original payment method.
