  • Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We deal in unique, one-of-a-kind vintage/antique pieces and handcrafted items. Scratches, distortions, or uneven colors inherent to the aging process or handcrafting are considered part of the item's history and beauty. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons of personal preference.


  • In Case of Damage During Transit

We will only process refunds if an item arrives visibly damaged during transit. Please contact us via email with clear photos of the damage within 3 days of receiving the item. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
